MTV

And no i am not talking about the crap known as music television (real world/road rules excepted). No I am talking about a very nice new thing I experienced in Taiwan a few weeks ago. An MTV in Taiwan is a place where one can go 24 hours a day to watch movies. Basically if u don't want to go to the theater or stay home u can go to one of these places. Really I think it is just a place for young people to go make out in, but while watching movies. Anyway so they have a huge movie selection like a blockbuster or something, and u simply pick the movie u want to watch. Myself and my friend went with Old School and she hadn't seen it yet and I thought that was a crime. So we were then shown to our own private room. It has a large projection screen covering one wall, and the rest of the room is a large black couch and leg rests and pillows, etc. So you get to watch a movie in a nice room on a big screen and you get free drinks for like 3 bucks each a movie. And as they are 24 hours you can go whenever u want. We went from like 1am to 6am. These are the coolest places ever and I definitely plan to go back soon in the future. It is like your own private hotel room/screening room, cool stuff from this side of the world.
